Getting started
- Install MailroomDownload it, drag it to Applications, and open it.
- Add an email accountMailroom works with Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and any IMAP account.
Accounts and sign-in
- Gmail and Google WorkspaceSign in with an app password, or with Sign in with Google.
- Outlook.com and Microsoft 365Outlook needs Sign in with Microsoft, through an app you register.
- iCloud MailUse an app-specific password from your Apple Account.
- Yahoo, Fastmail, Purelymail, Proton and othersAny IMAP account works; most want an app password.
- Sign in with Google, Microsoft or YahooRegister your own free app with the provider, once.
- Search your mailType words, or use Gmail-style operators like from: and in:.
