Connect a calendar

Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail, Purelymail and other CalDAV calendars.

Open Settings › Accounts and find Calendar under the account.

• Gmail and Google Workspace: see Google Calendar.
• Outlook.com and Microsoft 365: see Outlook Calendar.
• iCloud, Fastmail, Purelymail and other CalDAV servers: enter the server address and click Connect. Mailroom uses the account’s user name and password (for iCloud, the app-specific password). Mailroom suggests the address for providers it knows:
  • iCloud: https://caldav.icloud.com
  • Fastmail: https://caldav.fastmail.com
  • Purelymail: https://purelymail.com

Once connected, tick which calendars to show. The calendar has week and month views; press t for today and w or m to switch.
