Snooze

Put a conversation away until later; it comes back unread.

Click the clock in the toolbar or on a conversation, press b, or right-click and choose Snooze. Pick later today, tomorrow, this weekend, next week, or Pick date and time.

The conversation moves to a Snoozed folder on your mail server (Mailroom makes it the first time), so it’s out of your Inbox on your phone too. When it’s due, Mailroom moves it back to the top of your Inbox, unread.

• Undo right after snoozing brings it straight back.
• In Snoozed, each conversation shows when it comes back. Snooze it again to change the time.
• Mailroom brings snoozed mail back, so it needs to be open then. If your Mac is off or Mailroom is closed at that time, the mail comes back the next time Mailroom opens.
