Add an email account

Mailroom works with Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and any IMAP account.

1. Choose Mailroom › Add Account…, or click Add Account at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Pick your provider, or type your address: Mailroom finds the server settings, even for your own domain. Only the domain is looked up, never your address.
3. Sign in, and click Add Account.

Most providers want an app password for apps like Mailroom, not the password you sign in to their website with. Mailroom says which one and links to where you make it. The guides here cover the big ones:

• Gmail and Google Workspace
• Outlook.com and Microsoft 365
• iCloud Mail
• Yahoo, Fastmail, Purelymail, Proton and others

You can add as many accounts as you like. All Inboxes shows them together, and you can drag accounts in the sidebar to change their order.
